The brief
A seating collection with 288 valid configurations. Photographing them all was impossible. Rendering them all the traditional way would have taken months.
What we did
Photoreal master per SKU, then a fine-tuned Stable Diffusion XL pipeline generated every fabric × wood combination in a fraction of the time — with a senior artist reviewing every frame.
Outcome
All 288 renders delivered to the same quality bar as fully ray-traced versions. The brand's site now shows shoppers the exact combination they're configuring.
