Exterior heroes, five interiors and a 60-second flythrough carried the entire off-plan marketing launch — before ground was broken.
The brief
A 32-storey residential tower in the north of England. The developer needed marketing imagery before construction broke ground and needed it to feel inhabited, not architectural.
What we did
Built the tower in Blender from architects' CAD, lit it for golden hour and dusk, populated lobbies and amenity spaces with real-feeling activity, and stitched a 60s flythrough in Unreal for the launch site.
Outcome
The renders and flythrough were the entire visual identity of the off-plan campaign — the development sold well ahead of the developer's own benchmarks.
