Delta's automated conveyor system was being installed across 14 distribution centres. They needed training media that didn't require pulling staff out of live ops.
What we did
Modelled every component from spec drawings, animated the operating cycle, produced a 90-second cutaway animation that revealed internals, and packaged it into an interactive training tool.
Outcome
Onboarding time per operator dropped 40%. Training accidents on the new equipment: zero in 18 months.
