The brief
An automated conveyor system being installed across a national distribution network. The manufacturer needed training media that didn't require pulling staff out of live operations.
What we did
Modelled every component from spec drawings, animated the operating cycle, produced a 90-second cutaway animation that revealed internals, and packaged it into an interactive training tool.
Outcome
Operator onboarding moved off live equipment entirely — faster, safer, and repeatable at every site in the network.
