A fashion retailer signed a central-London lease and had to commit to fit-out within 60 days. The brand wanted to compare fit-out concepts before pouring concrete.
What we did
Three full interior concepts modelled, lit, materialled. Stakeholders walked through them with a VR headset before signing off.
Outcome
One concept picked with full confidence, fit-out delivered to spec, no on-site iteration — the usual iterate-on-site cost simply never happened.
